Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

• Open your brand, go to Settings, then Publishing, and choose Disconnect. The access tokens we stored are deleted straight away and any scheduled posts are cancelled.
• You can also remove Postwala from Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, then remove Postwala. We can no longer reach your Page or Instagram account after that.

Delete everything

To delete your account and all its data (brands, posts, pictures, connections and results), send us a message from the email you signed up with, or email us, and write “Delete my data”. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What we keep from Facebook and Instagram

Only what's needed to publish the posts you approve and show their results. See the privacy page for the full list.
