What you get

Postwala plans, writes and designs social media posts for your business. You review them, and you choose what to post and where. We only post to your Facebook Page or Instagram account if you connect it and approve the post, or turn on publishing approved posts by themselves. You can cancel a scheduled post or disconnect at any time.

Free trial and plans

• The free trial includes a set number of posts and redos for one brand. They don't reset.
• Paid plans are monthly. Each plan's posts, redos and videos reset on the 1st of the month; unused ones don't carry over.
• Plan prices and limits are shown on the Pricing page. If they change, we'll tell you before your next month starts.

Check before you post

Posts are written by AI. They can get facts, prices, dates or spellings wrong. You are responsible for checking every post before you publish it, and for what you publish.

Your content

What you upload stays yours, and the captions and pictures made for you are yours to use for your business. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, such as your logo and photos.

Fair use

• Don't use Postwala for anything illegal, misleading, hateful or harmful, or to pretend to be another business.
• Don't try to get around plan limits, share an account between unrelated businesses, or overload the service.

We may pause an account that breaks these rules. We'll tell you why.

The service

We work to keep Postwala running and your posts safe, but it's provided as it is, and sometimes it may be slow or briefly unavailable. We're not responsible for results from posts you publish.
